Audere Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind every polo we make. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email us at bryan@auderegolf.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at bryan@auderegolf.com and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at bryan@auderegolf.com. Include photos of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
